Find your fit.
Start with the measurements for the product you are considering. Sizes can differ between styles, so a familiar size label alone is not always enough.
Measure your body.
- Chest or bust
- Measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level and comfortably close to your body.
- Waist
- Measure around your natural waist without pulling the tape tight.
- Hips
- Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing naturally.
- Inseam
- Measure from the crotch to the desired hem, or compare the inseam of a well-fitting pair of trousers.
Compare a piece you own.
Check whether the product chart describes body measurements or garment measurements. These are different and should not be compared directly.
For garment measurements, lay a similar, well-fitting piece flat without stretching it. A flat chest width is not a full chest circumference. Follow the measurement method shown for the product.
For outerwear, consider the layers you plan to wear underneath.
Choosing footwear.
Measure both feet while standing, from heel to longest toe, and use the larger measurement. Compare with the chart for the specific shoe, checking whether it lists foot length or insole length.
Do not assume every style uses the same conversion between U.S. and European sizes.
Inches & centimeters.
1 inch = 2.54 centimeters. To convert centimeters to inches, divide by 2.54.
Use the chart for your specific product. If measurements are unclear or unavailable, contact us before ordering.
