Last updated: September 16, 2026

ARDOVENA is operated by BVQ DIGITAL LLC (“ARDOVENA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit our website, purchase merchandise, contact Customer Care, or interact with our advertising.

Our store serves customers in the United States. Information may be processed in other countries as explained below.

1. Contact and Business Information

For privacy questions or requests, contact:

Email: contact@ardovena.com
Phone: +1 (786) 833-9025

BVQ DIGITAL LLC
8200 NW 41st Street, 2nd Floor
Doral, Florida 33166
United States

Please include “Privacy Request” in the subject line of privacy-related emails. This helps us route your request; requests do not become invalid merely because a different subject line is used.

2. Information We Collect

The information collected depends on how you interact with our store and the services enabled at the time.

Information you provide directly

This may include:

  • Contact details: Name, email address, telephone number, and shipping or billing address.
  • Account details: Information supplied when creating or managing a customer account.
  • Purchase information: Products, variants, quantities, transaction amounts, discounts, and order history.
  • Customer service information: Messages, return and refund requests, photographs you submit, and other information relevant to resolving an inquiry.
  • Preferences: Privacy choices and communication preferences you provide.

Please do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your purchase or request.

Information collected automatically

We and the service providers described below may collect:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it.
  • Browser, operating system, device, and language information.
  • Cookie identifiers, session identifiers, and advertising click identifiers.
  • Referring pages and advertising campaign information.
  • Pages visited, product views, searches, clicks, scrolling, cart activity, and checkout interactions.
  • Website performance, error, and security information.

Information received from other sources

We may receive information from:

  • Shopify and payment providers concerning transactions and fraud prevention.
  • Fulfillment, tracking, and delivery providers concerning shipment progress.
  • Analytics and advertising services concerning campaign interactions, attribution, and performance.

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout.

These providers process payment credentials necessary to complete transactions. We may receive limited payment-related information made available through the commerce platform, such as payment status, transaction references, payment method, and partial payment account identifiers.

Do not send complete payment card numbers, security codes, or account passwords through email or customer service messages.

The payment provider’s own privacy disclosures may also apply to its processing.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

  • Operate the website, shopping cart, checkout, and customer account features.
  • Process transactions and fulfill orders.
  • Provide order confirmations, delivery updates, and other transaction communications.
  • Manage customer inquiries, returns, refunds, and delivery issues.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent suspected fraud or misuse.
  • Maintain business and transaction records.
  • Understand website usage and improve shopping functionality.
  • Measure advertising performance and attribute purchases to campaigns.
  • Support advertising and audience selection, subject to applicable requirements and privacy choices.
  • Send marketing communications where permitted and manage subscription preferences.
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

This Privacy Policy is a disclosure of our practices. It does not replace separate consent where consent is required.

5. How We Disclose Information

We disclose information to relevant categories of recipients where needed for the purposes described in this policy.

E-commerce platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides storefront, checkout, order management, and related commerce services.

Depending on the service, Shopify may process information on our behalf or for purposes described in its own privacy disclosures.

See Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Payment, fraud prevention, and security providers

These providers receive information needed to process transactions, evaluate payment risks, maintain security, and investigate suspected misuse.

Fulfillment, delivery, and tracking providers

Providers supporting order preparation, shipment, and delivery may receive the recipient’s name, delivery address, relevant contact information, order contents, and shipment details.

Our store uses 17TRACK for shipment-tracking functionality.

Store functionality providers

Services supporting product bundles, localization, and other shopping features may process information necessary to provide those functions.

Our installed store tools include Kaching Bundles and Shopify Translate & Adapt. The information available to a particular service depends on its permissions, configuration, and function.

Email and customer communications providers

Services used to deliver order notifications, customer support messages, and marketing emails where enabled may process contact details, message content, delivery information, and subscription preferences.

Analytics and advertising providers

We use Google Analytics and Meta tracking integrations. Google Ads and TikTok advertising integrations may also be enabled as part of our advertising activities.

The information processed depends on the tools enabled, their configuration, and applicable privacy choices.

Technical and administrative providers

Hosting, integration, technical support, and store administration services may process information necessary to maintain and operate the store.

Legal and business circumstances

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal requests, protect rights or safety, or address fraud and security concerns.

Information may also be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable requirements.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, which may include pixels, browser storage, and server-side event processing.

These technologies support:

  • Essential functions: Shopping cart, checkout, account access, security, and privacy preferences.
  • Preferences and functionality: Relevant settings and shopping features.
  • Analytics: Understanding website interactions and performance.
  • Advertising: Campaign measurement, conversion attribution, and advertising personalization.

Information may be transmitted directly from your browser or through server-side integrations.

Blocking cookies alone may not prevent all information processing. For example, it does not prevent information from being processed to fulfill an order or answer a customer inquiry.

Other parties operating analytics or advertising technologies may collect information about your activities over time and across different websites or services.

7. Analytics and Advertising Services

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website and to evaluate performance.

It may process device information, identifiers, browsing events, and purchase-related events.

See how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.

Google provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This tool does not control all other analytics or advertising technologies.

Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok

When enabled, advertising integrations may process information about product views, cart activity, purchases, device identifiers, and advertising interactions.

These integrations may support conversion measurement, attribution, audience creation, and personalized advertising.

Their respective privacy disclosures provide additional information:

8. Advertising Choices, Sale, and Sharing

Some U.S. privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly. Disclosing identifiers and browsing activity for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising may fall within these definitions even when no money is exchanged.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and its use for targeted advertising.

Visit Your Privacy Choices to review the options available for your location. You may also contact contact@ardovena.com regarding your privacy rights.

The options displayed on that page may depend on your location and the relevant platform settings.

An advertising opt-out does not prevent processing necessary to complete a purchase, maintain security, comply with law, or perform other activities permitted by applicable law.

You may continue to see advertising that is not personalized using the activity covered by your opt-out.

Browser-based choices may need to be set again when you change devices or browsers or clear stored settings.

9. Browser Signals and Tracking Preferences

Do Not Track

Legacy browser Do Not Track (DNT) settings differ from legally recognized opt-out preference signals.

Our website does not currently use legacy DNT settings as a separate instruction to disable all tracking. You may exercise the choices described in this policy.

Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser-based signal communicating a preference to opt out of certain uses of personal information.

Our store includes Shopify privacy functionality, but the processing of GPC across all custom tracking integrations has not yet been fully verified. We therefore cannot currently represent that enabling GPC automatically disables every relevant advertising or data-sharing activity on our website.

You may also use Your Privacy Choices or contact contact@ardovena.com to communicate your request.

These additional methods do not waive any right to have a recognized preference signal honored where required by applicable law.

Browser controls

You may manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Disabling certain technologies can affect shopping cart, account, checkout, or other website functionality.

10. Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to marketing emails or otherwise receive commercial emails where permitted, you may unsubscribe through the instructions in the message or by contacting us.

We will honor commercial email opt-out requests within the applicable legal period, no later than 10 business days.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transaction communications, including order confirmations, delivery updates, refund notices, and responses to your inquiries.

Providing a telephone number for delivery or customer service does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional text messages.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and the laws applicable to our processing, you may have rights to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information.
  • Access or obtain a copy of that information.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion.
  • Receive information in a portable format.
  • Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
  • Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
  • Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.
  • Exercise other rights provided by applicable law.

Submit requests to contact@ardovena.com or contact us using the details in Section 1.

Please describe the request and provide information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant records.

Identity verification

We may verify your identity using information associated with your interaction or purchase. Verification will be proportionate to the request and consistent with applicable law.

We will not require you to create an account solely to submit a privacy request.

Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted. We may request evidence of authorization and any identity verification allowed by applicable law.

Response timing

We will respond to access, correction, deletion, and portability requests within 45 calendar days after receipt, or sooner where applicable law requires.

If an extension is permitted and necessary, we will notify you within the initial response period, explain the reason, and provide the revised deadline.

Opt-out requests and appeals are handled within their applicable deadlines. The 45-day period does not authorize us to delay a request that must be fulfilled sooner.

Decisions and appeals

If we decline a request, we will explain the basis, subject to legal restrictions.

You may ask us to reconsider by replying with “Privacy Appeal.” Where required, we will provide information about further review or complaint options.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

12. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, considering:

  • Order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Return, refund, and dispute resolution.
  • Account activity and preferences.
  • Accounting, tax, and other legal recordkeeping obligations.
  • Fraud prevention and security.
  • Applicable limitation periods and legal claims.

Transaction records may need to be retained after a deletion request to satisfy legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Marketing suppression information may be retained to ensure an unsubscribe request continues to be respected.

Analytics and advertising retention depends on the relevant service configuration and applicable requirements. We do not apply one retention period to every category of information.

13. International Processing

Personal information may be processed outside your state or country, including in the United States and countries where our service providers and fulfillment operations are located, including countries in Asia and Europe.

This processing may support hosting, store administration, customer assistance, order fulfillment, delivery, analytics, or advertising.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to the relevant processing.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and the nature of the processing.

No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Please protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity involving your account or personal information.

15. Children’s Privacy

Our store is intended for a general adult shopping audience and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact contact@ardovena.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Where additional protections for minors apply, we will handle the relevant information in accordance with those requirements.

16. External Services and Links

Our website may link to external websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own disclosures.

Review those disclosures before providing personal information through an external service.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements.

We will publish the updated version and revise the date at the top of this page.

For material changes, we will provide additional notice appropriate to the circumstances, such as a prominent website notice or an email where appropriate. We will obtain consent where required before applying a change to the relevant processing.
