Trousers that read like a skirt. The Salomea women's culottes are cut from a heavy herringbone cloth with deep inverted pleats that open each leg into a wide, skirt-like fall, cropped just above the ankle.
- A herringbone weave: fine chevron of light and dark yarn, dry to the touch and matte - the look of winter tailoring.
- Deep inverted pleats: two on each side of the front, so the leg falls wide (71-85 cm at the hem) and moves like a skirt.
- A waistband that sits still: flat and smooth at the front, elasticated across the back, with side seam pockets.
Wear them with ankle boots and a fine knit, or with a long cardigan when the temperature drops.
